3 Bedroom Apartment in Barnegat Light

First floor of a beautiful, ocean-side duplex. The house is two in from the ocean, steps away from the 10th Street beach access or 9th street wheelchair-accessible beach ramp. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and two other bedrooms each have two twin beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 bathroom plus an outdoor shower and sink. Walking distance to the beach, Barnegat Lighthouse, restaurants, mini golf, dog park, skate park, basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts, and playground.
There are beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis/pickle ball equipment, and bikes available for use. There is a gas grill on the deck. The house is equipped with standard kitchen and laundry room appliances. You must provide your own Netflix/etc login for the Roku TV. Please note that there are stairs leading up to the first floor (not wheelchair accessible).
Please note that this a smoke free home/deck and property area. This includes all tobacco and cannabis products.
Maximun number of pets is 1 per stay.
You are required to bring your own bedlinens. There is one queen size bed and four twin size beds.
Please note that rentals are for full weeks only and run from Saturday till Saturday.

Summary: I’ve been coming to Barnegat Light my entire life and now enjoy creating those memories for my children. Mariette’s house is the perfect rental for those traveling a great distance. She’s got anything and everything you could need for a beach vacation, plus she’s the most welcoming hostess. This was our second stay and I can guarantee it won’t be the last!

Summary: We spent a perfect week in Barnegat Light at Mariette’s beautiful home! This is the “quiet” end of the island and in late September, it is so peaceful and serene. We spent a lot of time fishing (both surf and off the jetty), bird watching and shell hunting. The daily walk through the dunes to watch the sunrise was the highlight of the vacation for me. The winding, scenic walkway on 10th street is awe inspiring and never ceased to take my breath away! The house itself is lovely, clean, well stocked with anything you could need(we especially enjoyed the provided bikes) and Mariette is a kind and gracious host. She thought of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We have stayed at many places on LBI but we all agree this home is special. We hope to return again to enjoy the special beauty of this part of the island. Thank you Mariette!

Summary: Mariette's home truly made our beach vacation a great one. Loved being on the quiet north end of LBI. Sitting on the side deck at night listening to the waves was magical. Being near the 9th St. beach access and using the beach wheel chair (reserved through the Borough of BL) was perfect for our 16 yr old daughter who has Down syndrome. We really felt right at home.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! We had great weather and enjoyed hanging on the beach, riding bikes, running in the surf, and reading. We made most of our meals and found the kitchen well appointed. The hosts take good care of the property and their guests and are on-site. We had a nice chat with Mariette and hope to come back.

Summary: We loved everything about this house! The house was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and fully stocked.
